Shaft formwork
Shafts or similar construction components occur in various shapes, sizes, and types. Elevator shafts, stairwell cores, wet cells, small reservoirs, or separators are produced as individual pieces or in small production series directly on-site, while larger quantities are usually produced with custom formwork at a precasting facility.
PASCHAL develops custom formwork solutions for each project in order to reduce work processes during installation, forming, or stripping formwork, and to save time. Special requirements such as surface quality, and the number and positioning of ties are also taken into consideration. This becomes particularly attractive, when several similar construction sites can be serviced with adjustable, or modular formwork simultaneously. Quite often, these requirements allow the use of system components, which can be supplemented by custom parts.
