Opened from PASCHAL in January 2011, the representative office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, sets its main focus on comprehensive introduction of formwork solution services by highly qualified, experienced engineers. The name “Scientific and Technical Office” underlines the successful commitment of PASCHAL in high quality technical formwork solutions in Saudi Arabia.„For many years, we do successful businesses on the Saudi Arabian market”, says Jürgen Schnaiter, the General Manager. “The demand increases continuously. The right and successful decision to open the Scientific and Technical Office in Saudi Arabia made our way to a position as one of the premium-providers in comprehensive solutions for all kind of formwork projects.”
For PASCHAL the last four years in Saudi Arabia were a success story. In close cooperation with EIFICS, a Saudi Arabian Holding, PASCHAL consolidated the lucrative partnership and increased steadily their network and client base. EIFICS stands for “Eastern Island for Industrial and Commercial Services” and supports PASCHAL in sales and distribution as well as in acquisition and growth of customer base.
As yielding results of the profitable cooperation PASCHAL has managed to win major customers and outstanding formwork projects. Premium clients like EL SEIF ENGINEERING CONTRACTING CO., Riyadh or AL OTAISHAN, Dammam, rely on concrete formworks and scaffolding systems, quality “Made in Germany”. EL SEIF uses Modular formwork for their projects, AL OTAISHAN used PASCHAL for the project YANBU PHASE 3 in Jeddah, a project for modern drinking water abstraction.

With the port city of Dammam on the east coast of Saudi Arabia PASCHAL has chosen a location that is only an hour's drive from PASCHAL Concrete Forms Co. W.L.L., located in Bahrain. The location is an excellent setting for PASCHAL to present their international experience and the sophisticated products and services of the corporate group in housing projects, infrastructure-building shells and petrochemical projects. PASCHAL has the ability to deliver quality formworks not only from Germany, a delivery camp is also placed in Bahrain, from where formwork systems can be received and provided to Saudi Arabia, of course in "Made in Germany" quality.

Construction site in action: ALFARABI Dental College in Riyadh
One of the current projects is the construction of an additional new ALFARABI Dental College in Riyadh, implemented by Madar Alnour for Contracting Co. in Riyadh. The company is specialised on building constructions and plans at present colleges and hospitals in Riyadh and Jeddah for ALFARABI GROUP (dentistry).The construction project in Riyadh started in Summer 2015 and is currently in construction phase, in which PASCHAL formwork is used for walls, columns, elevator shafts and ceilings.

Work in progress: Largest Dam in Saudi Arabia, nearby Mecca
Currently the largest dam in Saudi Arabia is in planning, in its implementation PASCHAL is actively involved. The Yabah Dam Project is located nearby Mecca.
