PASCHAL provides three logistics modules for safe, fast and target-oriented work. All three are designed to be perfect for transportation and for use on the construction site, the building yard and the warehouse. The stacking pallet, lattice box and transportation box can be handled by cranes and stacked.Numerous elements, including formwork, tools, connecting pieces and consumables and components for passive occupational safety, to name but a few, are required to shape concrete components.

Useful assistants for practical application
The three logistics modules: stacking pallet, lattice box and transportation box were developed from practical experience and can be handled by cranes and transported by forklift trucks on the construction site.
All three logistics modules - stacking pallet, lattice box and transportation box - may be stacked on top of each other. In this way, the loading area on trucks and the storage space required on the construction site and in the warehouse can be reduced.
Large and small parts are packed and transported safely, clearly and effectively and placed where they are needed at the construction site.
This clear mode of delivery using the logistic modules also gives the advantage of being able to perform controls more quickly and thus save time during the material transfer, the delivery and the return.
Stacking pallet
The stacking pallets come in two sizes, "long" and "short" and have been specially developed for long and/or round system components such as adjustable props and slab props. Based on past experience, round components must be packed particularly carefully to ensure safe transportation.

Lattice box
The PASCHAL lattice box, which can be moved by crane, complies with Standard 435-3 and is currently available in the dimensions - length 1240 x width 835 x height 970 mm. Large and small parts are loaded and unloaded quickly, safely and clearly with the PASCHAL lattice box. A crane is enough to move the lattice boxes on the construction site.
Transportation box
The PASCHAL transportation box has been specially equipped with different compartment sizes for small and very small parts. Therefore, the handling of numerous small and very small parts is also easier and more efficient as there is no need for tedious searching.
The multi-purpose logistics modules from PASCHAL simplify the entire logistics chain, from packing, transportation, delivery and monitoring through to the ordered application on large construction sites. Returning to either the lessor or to your own warehouse can take place even more quickly.
