PASCHAL at bauma 2013
Open-air area north, section N818/4
New and longstanding products for world’s largest trade fairWelcome to bauma 2013, from 15 to 21 April 2013!
As is its tradition, PASCHAL-Werk G. Maier GmbH, service provider and manufacturer in the area of concrete formwork and shoring systems, will again be on hand as exhibitor.
„Efficiency in combination“ is the new international motto.
The new stand location can be found in the open-air area north, in section N818/4.
It is the same stand as in 2010, but it has been given a new designation. The site has an area of more than 1000 square metres; the two-storey building measure 15 x 15 metres. Beside the large reception room for visitors there are info areas, catering and service as well as some meeting rooms.
New features:
- The TTK: This is the proven radius-adjustable TRAPEZOIDAL GIRDER Formwork with new edge profile. Now the individual formwork segments are not fastened together with keybolts anymore, but with a newly developed connecting clamp. This speeds up working with formwork on the construction site considerably. Construction site tested and safe.
- Several new large-size panels for LOGO.3 formwork. In addition to the standard panels and the numerous, smaller panels, which together enable reliable and precise integration of the formwork to within 1.0 cm of the architecture, now there are the large-area panels of 270 cm x 340 cm and 135 cm x 340 cm with compensation panels with identical heights. The tie points of the large-area panels have ordered positions and can be used either standing up or lying down. LOGO.3 makes possible a fair faced concrete finish on demand, because of its well-arranged tie points and design produce an outstanding
concrete quality.
- Special formwork. Around the world the demand for special individual forms for concrete is rising. PASCHAL shows how one can offer the best technical solution together with outstanding quality of workmanship. This with steel processing, but also in timber.
Here are a few references: Alpine, Wayss & Freytag, TransKapStroy, Bruns pre-cast plant.
- The software company PLANITEC, a firm of the PASCHAL Group, will be on hand at the stand to present its new PPL10.0 software. For formwork planning with an integrated logistics solution, this package, based on 64-bit technology, is one of the most outstanding IT products available for the construction branch. Other software solutions include the complex formwork planning programme PASCHAL Plan Pro (PPpro), and the rental module with Prentel machinery card, for companies with rental services, based on the database solution from infor.
Displayed wall formwork
- The radius-adjustable TRAPEZOID GIRDER Formwork types TTR and TTS, also in TTK version,
- As well as the ingenious LOGO.3 formwork.
- Because of the carefully elaborated number of different panels for small, manual, foundation and beam formwork, MODULAR Universal Formwork is unbeatable in price and performance.
- Another product on exhibit is the folding GRIP column form. Besides that also column forms from LOGO.3 as well as ATHLETE multi-purpose panels will be presented, as well as
- Special formwork in steel.
Shoring systems
PASCHAL will again be presenting the GASS tower, as identifying landmark which can be seen from a distance. Each individual leg can support up to 140 kN, which means up to 560 kN with a single tower! Each of the parts is made of aluminium so they are very easy to handle.
Slab formwork
- PASCHAL Deck, the proven, flexible main beam/cross beam slab formwork with H20 beams and slab props.
- e-deck is made of steel elements and was developed for countries and situations where aluminium should not be used. It was introduced as prototype at the last bauma, and is now being mass produced and used in India, for example.
- Slab edge formwork, which can also be used for stop ends on bottom slabs.
PASCHAL assembly fitters will demonstrate several times a day how quick and easy it is to position and dismantle PASCHAL shaft formwork. The clear and practical use of dismantling corners will also be demonstrated, as well as the moving of the entire unit. So in comparison to former methods, much installation work is not necessary for formwork anymore, which is a great benefit for the construction site!
Efficiency in Combination
In order to survive in times of enormous deadline and cost pressure, the best possible efficiency must be achieved in planning, formwork technology and service.
By combining state-of-the-art formwork, software, and reliable service, PASCHAL offers all the combined parts from one source.
